PTFE Coated Fiberglass Sewing Thread
PTFE glass fiber sewing thread is made from alkali‑free, eco‑friendly glass fibers through a special industrial spinning process, followed by PTFE coating. It is a high‑temperature resistant industrial sewing thread. It features high‑temperature resistance, electrical insulation, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, anti‑static properties, and more.
Flame‑retardant and high‑temperature resistant sewing for industrial textiles; sewing of fire blankets, fire curtains, and fire hoses; electrical insulation materials, cable fillers, winding around heating wires and heating elements; reinforcing materials for rubber hoses, high‑temperature tapes, and other similar substrates.
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
Silicone-coated glass fabric, based on high-strength glass cloth with a silicone rubber coating. Features wide-temperature resistance (-70°C~260°C), anti-corrosion, electrical insulation, and non-stick surface. Ideal for thermal insulation, welding curtains, and food drying belts — a top choice for industrial heat protection.
Silicone rubber coated glass fiber is available in two main applications:
Electrical insulation: high insulation grade, withstands high voltage, supplied as cloth, sleeving, etc.
Nonmetallic compensator fabric: used as flexible expansion joint material for pipelines, solving thermal expansion issues. Offers heat insulation, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, excellent elasticity and flexibility. Widely applied in petroleum, chemical, cement, steel, and energy sectors with reliable results.

Fiberglass Sewing Thread
Flat fiberglass tape woven from E-glass yarns, tight structure, good flexibility. Offers high temp resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation, high tensile strength. Long-term use up to 500°C.
